I had a long list of improvements I needed for my just-bought pre-war coop, and Nick took care of everything. From electrical work (a new panel and lots of new outlets that needed walls opened throughout) to bathroom (installing a new sink, shower fixture, and other pieces), to floors (a fantastic terra cotta tile kitchen floor, done right with underpinnings, and all the hardwood floors completely refinished), to replastering and painting throughout, to a nicely-done set of whole-wall shelving for my books, to a whole bunch of other stuff. We were thankful to have found Nick and his team because they were able to do a LOT at a reasonable price. Here’s some of the things they did over a few days: * Replaced a rusted hot water heater * Installed 3 new electrical circuits in the basement and re-did the dry-wall so it looked like it had never been touched * Installed missing cover plates and added GFCI protection * Leveled the outdoor condensing unit * Fixed 2 doors which wouldn’t latch and installed door stoppers * Cut off the dangerous rebar sticking out of the ground * Re-installed a loose handrail Nick also pro-actively gave tips on preventative care. DISCLAIMER: I'm not rating their electrician service (unfortunately i didn't get that far, the job got cancelled), however Nick & his team were SO responsive — able to fit me in for an electric desk + conference table disconnect job for an office move with only a few days notice, with what I believe was an incredibly fair price quoted. While I unfortunately had to cancel due to a change in scope of work by my building, Nick & team were understanding of the last minute change.
